I've paired this with tracking my meals more carefully, and together they've made a noticeable difference in how I approach snacking. The dropper is simple to work into my morning routine.

What I appreciate most is that ordering was straightforward — one payment, no surprise charges later. I add a dropper to my water each morning alongside my regular walk.

I went in with realistic expectations, using this as one piece of a bigger routine that includes better meal planning. A few months in, I feel more in control of my daily habits.
